I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Mike. From start to finish, he was kind, incredibly thorough, and clearly extremely knowledgeable. What really stood out to me was how patient he was—I had a lot of questions, and not once did he make me feel silly for asking. I walked away from the inspection feeling like I had learned so much. Highly recommend!

I had the ability to review an inspection they had done on another property,
and as a result was confident in the detail and diligence. The
report they provided me was as excellent too. Matt was showing me a few things that were down the road items to budget for (water heater,
dishwasher), and some general maintenance items (filters, caulking, wood protection). With a few other neat things like the plumbing for a whole
house vac system that I could install if I wanted to. He made great use of
the inspection time and was focused on the concerns I had; after asking me
what they were (skylights, deck). I'm no house expert, that is why I hired
them, and do know enough about houses to confidently send their info to my friends and family when they need an inspection. When I called to schedule they explained the process that will happen and then did what they said they would. Time is of the essence with this stuff and they made me a priority, so I could have the most time and solid info to make this big decision.

We had Inspector Mike out to do a full home inspection for us, after purchasing our new home. He was very responsive, professional and a pleasure to work with. His inspection was very thorough and methodical, and he gave us lots of great tips and advice for our home in addition to the actual report. We highly recommend him!

Incredible! Mike walked us through every inch of the space, pointing out every detail and talking us through concerns- big and small. The report and photos we received have been so helpful to us. We know so much more about our space thanks to The Inspection Center and Mike's detailed approach. We will continue to use The Inspection Center for any real estate inspection we can!

My husband and I used the Inspection Center for the home inspection for our first home. Matt was on time, very professional, and detail oriented. He took his time explaining his findings and answering all of our questions. As first time home buyers we were not sure what to expect or what we should be looking for. This was my first experience with this company; we had a tight timeline for the home pre-purchase inspection due to unpredictable winter weather and this company had availability. This is my 5th or 6th home inspection in my lifetime, so I consider myself fairly experienced utilizing home inspection services. Holy COW, I was impressed! Mike did a very thorough inspection - he didn't miss one closet door latch, wobbly toilet, ill-fitting door/drawer, anything. He was just a few minutes late, but called to let me know, and was extremely professional (even was sure not to track muddy footprints into the house despite a lot of snow melt/mud outside - brought towels AND two pairs of shoes for inside/outside.) He took the time to explain some of the findings to me so I could completely understand. A real "Class A" service, and I would recommend this small business to family or friends without hesitation. Thanks very much for your terrific service, Mike!

Highly recommend! Mike and his team were so thorough and detailed. He took the time to not only explain what he was seeing, but even make recommendations on future maintenance. The inspection on our first home could have easily been overwhelming, but not with Mike! Thanks so much!!

Could not recommend Biechler's highly enough! We have used them multiple times when buying, selling and building houses. Each and every time we learned valuable information that not only educated us but saved us thousands of dollars.
The inspection is thorough. Although the report is detailed I would absolutely recommend being there (plan to spend 2 hours+) so you can listen, learn and ask questions. It is time well spent!!

Mike performed a home and pest inspection on a newer (10 years) 1700 sq foot house I'm purchasing. The inspection took about 2 hours. I believe the quote I was provided was based on the square footage. I found him to be flexible and thorough. The seller needed to cancel on two occasions and each time the Inspection Center reached back out to me with a list of additional dates and times. Rescheduling was very painless. During the inspection Mike discovered signs of the roof leaking and mold in the attic. He sent me pictures the same day in a PDF with arrows pointing to the damage and his notes. He was also careful to put anything back he needed to move as he went through the house. As he was inspecting he took time to explain exactly what he was doing. All appliances were tested, sinks were filled and drained to find leaks, measured the air temperature of the furnace, windows were opened/closed, power outlets tested, and he even explained how to route TV wires in the wall around a gas fireplace. I would highly recommend him!
