DISCLAIMER:  The Inspection Center provides a list of Contractors on this website solely as a service to its clients, including Home Buyers or Sellers, and Real Estate Agents.  The Contractors listed are ones that the owner, inspectors and staff of The Inspection Center feel that they can recommend based upon past experience or satisfactory review of work performed.  However, past performance is not a guarantee of future satisfaction.  These recommendations are made subject to the following disclaimers:

1)  The Inspection Center provides the information in its Contractor list solely as a no-cost service.
2)  The Inspection Center is not, nor will be, a party to any contract entered into between any other parties as a result of the use of the information provided in the Contractor list.
3)  The Inspection Center does not warrant nor guarantee the quality of any work performed by any listed Contractor.
4) The Inspection Center assumes no liability or responsibility whatsoever for any work performed by any listed Contractor.
5) The Inspection Center assumes no liability or responsibility whatsoever for the accuracy or viability of any of the information provided in the Contractor list.
6)  Clients of The Inspection Center are solely responsible for all due diligence matters related to any contract with any of the listed Contractors.

Clients should always do the following before signing any contract:
1)  Research the Contractor(s)
2)  Get at least two estimates or bids from the Contractor(s)
3)  Get at least two references from previous customers of the Contractor(s)
4)  Obtain proof of insurance from the Contractor(s)
5)  Confirm that the Contractor(s) has the required licenses and certifications
